The army residence centre houses thousands of troups and families. CTS Flanges were chosen and installed throughout the compound to provide superior, long lasting, maintenance free installation. The Carroll Hospital Centre in Westminster, Maryland has grown from a one building hospital in 1961 to a state of the art comprehensive, expansive hospital centre. CTS Flanges were installed in keeping with best practice for Longevity and compliance with NSF regulations. The electrolysis protection both above and below ground has provided long lasting installations which have saved tens of thousands of dollars over the period of the install.
A large complex requiring a total of 45 flange installations. The contractor and installers advised the ease of installation of CTS Flanges saved approximately 20-30 minutes per valve installation saving approx between 10 and 15 hours over the total job. This cost saving both increased profitability and proved a better quality, longer lasting installation to the customer.
HMC specializes in the design and fabrication of packaged domestic water booster systems, heat transfer systems and modular boiler systems. CTS Flange USA are the preferred component providers for skid packed pre assembled systems. Premium quality and long life is required to support the high-end HMC installations. SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California is the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers NFL teams, opened in summer 2020 at a cost of approx. $2.6 billion dollars.
It is an indoor / outdoor stadium and precinct featuring a fixed, translucent roof covering both the stadium proper and an adjacent pedestrian plaza. The stadium bowl itself has open sides and seats up to 70,000 spectators for most events with the ability to expand up to 1000,000 capacity for larger events. The stadium design features “the Oculus”— an ovular, double-sided 4K HDR video board that suspends from the roof over the field. The structure weighs approximately 2.2 million pounds (1,000 t) and also houses the stadium’s 260-speaker audio system.
CTS Flange supplied industrial plumbing Flanges for the project including our Copper Coated flange which was used extensively throughout the HVAC-R systems of the stadium and surrounding buildings, including a 200,000 square feet (19,000m2) facility neighbouring the stadium which includes a live TV studio and an outdoor broadcast studio.
